Cold Water Lobster

Cold Water Lobster

Lobster is globally recognized as a perfect seafood centerpiece for special or celebratory meals enjoyed with the best company. Our lobsters are sustainably sourced and caught in the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic Ocean, both in Canada and also the USA. While the shell is greenish/brownish in the raw form, the shell will redden once cooked and you will see white meat that is sweet and tender.
